Charge it fully, power it on with the button, then download the companion app, enable Bluetooth on your phone and follow the in-app pairing prompt. To hand control to a partner, they install the same app and you connect through it.
How do I bring this up with my partner? +

Can I use it in the shower or bath? +
Clean it with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, then let it air dry. Don't fully submerge it unless the product details above state a waterproof rating, and keep the charging contacts dry.

How do I bring this up with my partner?

Can I use it in the shower or bath?
Check the water-resistance rating printed on the product packaging. Splash-resistant models handle rinsing; full submersion is only for products rated for it.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Email us with your order number and we will sort it. Faulty items are covered by the 12-month warranty; unopened sealed items can be returned within 14 days.
