Getting the fit right
The base ring should feel snug but never pinch or cause numbness. If you're between two ring sizes, start with the larger one.
Safety & care
Start with short sessions and remove the cage straight away if you notice pain, swelling, numbness or discolouration. Always keep the keys within reach, agree on boundaries with your partner, and never wear the cage while sleeping. Clean and dry all parts before and after use.
