Should I insert it with the thrusting on?

Do I need lubricant?
Yes, and more than you think. Moving parts increase friction, so use plenty of water-based lubricant and reapply as needed rather than pushing through.
Can my partner control it from another city?
Yes. App control runs over the internet, so there is no fixed distance limit as long as both phones are online.
How do I clean a toy with moving parts?

What if there is a problem with my order?
Email us with your order number and we will sort it. Faulty items are covered by the 12-month warranty; unopened sealed items can be returned within 14 days.
